Road-roller hijackers work in Moscow

A strange crime was committed in Moscow. Unknown villains stole three concrete mixers from a territory of a motor depot. Such crimes have already been committed in Moscow earlier. According to the information of the police, 12 tractors, excavators and road-rollers were hijacked in 2001. The Main Department of Internal affairs considers that the criminals drive the equipment out of Moscow and send it to private companies there. However it is difficult to imagine the way they drive it.
