Russian, Ukrainian and Belarus presidents are in black list

International organisation with headquarters in Paris “Reporters without borders” announced the main enemies of the press. 30 public figures and organisations, representing a threat to a freedom of speech, are in list. According to the document, the main enemies of the freedom of speech are: Russian President Vladimir Putin, Ukrainian President Leonid Kuchma and Belarus leader Alexander Lukashenko.
