According to Russian Minister of communication and information L.Reiman, Rostelecom is the “biggest Russian telecommunication company, leader of international communications in Russia”. By the way, more than 80% of our readers live in the western countries. The main thing is that the national provider, supposed to provide the access of western users to Russian web-servers, do not inform its clients in advance than the channel will be temporary blocked. April 24 and 25 the same thing happened to Relarn, company, providing an access to the web side for Russian readers.
