Australia: illegal immigrants again

The Royal Australian Navy intercepted today another boat carryingIllegal would-be immigrants near Christmas Island, north of Western Australia. Not-so-seaworthy Indonesian vessel was carrying 200 men, women and children coming from various Middle Eastern countries and Sri Lanka. The Navy intercepted this year 17 ships carrying illegal immigrants to Australia. An average vessel brings some 150 'illegals'. Once discovered, The newcomers claim to be 'refugees' and aggressively demand political asylum in Australia.
