The programme of restructuring of the railway system is to be discussed at the meeting of the Presidium of the State Council of Russia scheduled for April 25. In June, the State Council is also expected to consider major aspects of the Russian migration policy the concept of which has been developed by the Ministry of Federation Affairs.
