Russian Navy Commander-in-chief's Japan Visit Success

The first visit by the commander-in-chief of the Russian Navy to Japan in the history of Russia and the now-defunct USSR was a success. Vladimir Kuroyedov, the incumbent, had discussed all the issues of mutual interest to the military departments of the two countries.
