4 centrist Duma groups to create inter-fraction coalition

Four centrist deputy associations in the Russian State Duma - the factions Unity and Fatherland-All Russia and the deputy groups Regions of Russia and People's Deputy - have reached an agreement to create a common co-ordination council, and in the nearest future - an inter-faction coalition, Yevgeny Primakov, leader of the Fatherland-All Russia faction, told a press conference after Tuesday's consultations, Interfax reports. Yevgeny Primakov, Vladimir Pekhtin (Unity faction leader), Gennady Raikov (People's Deputy group leader) and Oleg Morozov (Regions of Russia group leader) took part in the consultations.
