The federal forces spotted bandits in suburbs of Grozny

The Federal forces have spotted concentration of bandit groups in the suburbs of Grozny (Chechen Republic), as well as deployment of a number of bandit groups from the mountainous areas to the plain. According to the provisional press-center of the Ministry of the Interior of Russia in the North Caucasus, bandit formations have been reinforced by rebels who infiltrate Chechnya from other republics of Russia and the neighboring states. In particular, according to the military, in the second half of April, the arrival of about 100 rebels is expected from Georgia to Chechnya's Gudermes region. Besides, the press-center has noted that by April's end leaders of the bandit formations in Chechnya await large amounts of funds from Arab countries to provide for their subversive and terrorist activity.
