A curious incident happened in St Petersburg the other day, during Russian President’s visit. By inadvertence of the police a trolley-bus with passengers in it drove out to the road, prepared for the President’s cortege. The President’s guards noticed it in a few minutes. Several cars caught up with the trolley and stopped it. The police asked the passengers to leave the trolley and ordered to the driver to turn to a side street. The driver explained that it was impossible because there were no trolley wires there, IMA Press reports. Nevertheless the policemen showed him how it should be done: they disconnected the trolley with its line and pushed it to the side street by hands.
