Executive committee of Russian and Belarus Union to bring in a bail for Pavel Borodin

It has just become known that the bail, necessary to release the State Secretary of the Russian-Belarus Union Pavel Borodin, constituting 5 million Swiss francs, will be brought in by executive committee of the Union of Russia and Belarus. In accordance with the procedure, at first Switzerland will obtain guarantee that the money are transferred from the Union’s officials, and then the process and the way of passing of the money will be discussed.
