Vladimir Putin holds a planned working meeting in the Kremlin

According to Alexei Gromov, the Russian president's press secretary, taking part in the meeting were the prime minister, Mikhail Kasyanov, the chief of the president's administration, Alexander Voloshin, the Security Council's secretary, Vladimir Rushailo, the Russian foreign minister, Igor Ivanov, the interior minister, Boris Gryzlov, the defence minister, Sergei Ivanov, and the director of the Federal Security Service, Nikolai Patrushev. According to Gromov, the meeting was focused on discussion of certain issues of Russia's domestic and foreign policies.
