A Zhiguli car exploded in the Southern Administrative District of Moscow today at about 9am. Police say it was a car bomb. It went off in front of an apartment block on Borisovskiye Prudy Street. As a result, a 31-yearold man and his 7-yearold daughter were injured. Criminal investigation has been launched in connection with the incident. It cannot be ruled out that the blasts have something to do with a series of similar terrorist acts which shook Russia lately.
