Teenager sentenced to life imprisonment

A verdict of guilty was brought in to 15-year-old teenager John Silva in Florida. The teenager is sentenced to life imprisonment. Silva confessed that May 26, 2000 he kidnapped 12-year-old Jerry Lee Elly Junior, while the boy was riding his bicycle. The criminal took him to the wood, took of his clothes, bound him and put a gag into his month. After he had understood that the boy died, he through the body and the bicycle into a sewage container. Jerry’s body was discovered in three days. Not far from that place the killer left a message, describing the way he was killing the boy. Silva pleaded guilty at court, but he did not explained why he had killed the boy. The court sentenced the juvenile offender to life imprisonment without a right to be pardoned. No doubt, if he were adult, he would be sentenced to death.
