Mental patient "mines" the police office

5 times unnamed “telephone terrorists” disturbed the police with their reports about blasting devices on Monday. None of this devices was found. One of the calls was rather curious: somebody informed the police that a building of Moscow Main Department of Internal Affairs (central police office) was mined. It is a very famous building, located in one of the central streets of Moscow, Petrovka, 38. It did not take long to determine the telephone number of the terrorist. The policemen quickly arrived to his place and detained the hooligan. It turned out that it was 60-year-old patient of mental clinic. Criminal proceedings will be instituted against him, though it is well known that fools rush in where angels fear to tread.
