Patrol plane wrecks a fishing seiner in the area of Kurile Islands

In the area of Kurile Islands a Russia patrol plane wrecked a Russian fishing seiner “Albatros”, a spokesman for federal frontier service said. According to him, the vessel has not stopped by order of the frontier guards and has tried to escape. After preliminary shoot the frontier guards opened fire. For the time being the crew of the seiner, 28 persons, is aboard the frontier guard-ship.
