Moscow’s French embassy to be picketed in support of Russian national’s maternity rights

A picket is being organized today by Russia’s Social-Democratic Union to protest against the French court rulings in relation to Russian national Natalya Zakharova. The picketers are expected to demand observing Ms. Zakharova’s rights as well as observing the UN convention over the child’s rights, the Ekho Moskvy radio reports. Ms. Zakharova has been stripped of her maternity rights and is only allowed to see her daughter on and off.
