4 died died under ruins of fallen roof

Four people have died and four have been taken to the hospital in serous condition in Kostroma, northeast of Moscow, when part of the roof caved in at the Luch plant, the press service of the Ministry for Emergency Situations reported. The rescue operation at the accident site ended at 6:22 p.m. on Thursday. The roof of the windows making section, doors and wooden blocks caved in under a thick layer of snow at 3:40 p.m. on Thursday, burying plant workers, Interfax announces. All the debris has been cleared away by now.
