13 defendants, accused of involvement in radical Islamist groups, stated at the court in Tashkent that they had been tormented to make them acknowledge their guilt. According to them, the threats against their families took place as well. Other defenders made the same statements in the past, NTV reports. Remedial organisations accuse Uzbekistan government of savage punishment of religious organisations.
