An explosion in Saransk: another act of terrorism?

Today in the afternoon an undefined blasting assembly blew up in Saransk, the capital of Mordovia, one of republics of Russia. The explosives were placed under a bench near one of block-of-flats of the town in Esenin street. Experts estimated the power of the blasting assembly as 200 grams of TNT. According to the preliminary information, nobody suffered injuries, but all the panes of the building were smashed. Investigators of the Ministry of internal Affairs and FSB Department are working at the occurrence location. Pravda.ru correspondent found out that a few scenarios are being considered by law-enforcement agencies. The basic versions are possible act of terrorism and fight of two organised crime groups. According to the Internal Ministry information, a possible leader of a criminal group lives in one of flats of the house.
