Padishah is going to govern a CIS state? A gold crown is already prepared

The question of possible change of the status of the head of Turkmenistan (one of CIS states) will be considered February, 19 in Ashkhabad (the capital of Turkmenistan). Current Turkmenistan President Saparmarat Niyazov can become a padishah, former foreign minister of Turkmenistan Avdikulyev said, Moscow Echo reports. A luxurious gold crown is already prepared for February, 19 (Niyazov’s Birthday). Representatives of Turkmenistan embassy in Moscow failed to comment on this information.
