Gusinsky was not allowed to go to Israel

National Board of Judges of Spain declined Vladimir Gusinsky’s request about a trip to Israel. According to the decision of the Board, the businessman should be at the disposal of the judicial agencies of Spain, engaged in his extradition to Russia, RIA Novosti announces. Gusinsky explained his appeal by the aspiration to take part in the Israeli Prime Minister elections, scheduled for Tuesday. Gusinsky has civic rights of both Russia and Israel.
