Duma to consider bill of political parties on February 7th

Russia’s State Duma (the lower house of parliament) is to consider on February 7th the bill “Of political parties,” submitted by President Valdimir Putin and also 3 competing bills prepared by the Duma deputies, Vladimir Lysenko, a Duma deputy, has told journalists.
