4 frozen to death in Moscow during the day

Cold weather has claimed 4 lives in Moscow during the day, according to the capital city’s Emergency Medical Aid Service. So, the total of the cold’s victims has reached 115 this winter. The first case of this kind was registered here as early as in October last year, according to Interfax. 16 people suffering from cold weather conditions have been admitted to city hospitals during the day.
