Two other emergencies in Russia

Two serious emergencies occurred in Russia. In the Ural city of Sverdlovsk this afternoon an explosion at Eternal Fire memorial happened. According to preliminary information, it was gas explosion. In the city of Novokuznetsk a powerful explosion in 5-storied block-of-flats occurred. A fire began in one flat of the house, and the explosion resounded after that. According to preliminary information, 7 persons suffered. The reasons are still unknown, but the gas explosion is impossible. The gas was not installed in the house.
