Moscow city court cancelled Tverskoy court’s decision on Gusinsky’s case

A consideration of the protest of General Public Prosecutor’s Office against Tvesrkoy Court’s decision is complete. It will be recalled that Tverskoy court of Moscow declared that the action against media-magnate Vladimir Gusinsky was based on illegal ground. A spokesman for Moscow City Court told Pravda.ru that Prosecutor’s Office protest was found valid. The verdict of Tverskoy Court of Moscow was cancelled by Moscow City Court’s decision.
