The management of the Rubin Central Design Office has thanked all who submitted their suggestions on how best to raise the Kursk nuclear submarine, says an open letter forwarded Thursday to those who responded to the disaster. It also says that most original suggestions may be used in the final project, Interfax reports. At the same time, it is mentioned in the letter that out of 500 suggestions the Rubin has received only a small proportion came from experts. So, the bulk is not going to materialize.
