Yury Luzhkov: public agents are being annihilated

Moscow Mayor Yury Luzhkov propagate his statement, “Criminality against the state”. Luzhkov claims that attempt at the life of vice-PM of Moscow government Joseph Ordzonikidze is just another link in the dreadful chain of terrorism, directed against the authorities. He reminds that a lot of threats against Moscow leaders were uttered recently. “Large-scale armed war against the state authorities is being carried on”, Moscow Mayor states. “Criminals commit mass act of terrorism and the state cannot win a victory over them”. In his statement Luzhkov claims calls for the authorities of the country to “to put an end to criminal chaos in the country”, and expresses confidence that the federal authorities will manifest “politic will and determination”, Ria-Novosti reports. It will be recalled that yesterday killers wounded vice-PM of Moscow government Joseph Orzhonikidze, while he was making his way in the car. His driver died. Now he is being held at a hospital, his state of health is getting better. He was operated on straight after the accident, but the doctors failed to extract the bullet from his abdominal cavity. The doctors state that the repeated operation is impossible now. The operation will be conducted as soon as it is not dangerous.
