A Chechen with explosives detained in Moscow

A 32-year old Chechen was detained in Moscow. Militiamen, who conducted a search of him, found an antipersonnel mine and two grenades under his overcoat. Moscow militia announces that the detainee was evidently involved in one of “national” criminal groups of Moscow. The details of the detention of the criminal are not known, but it is clear that the militia has been keeping an eye on him for a long time.
