The Defence Ministry Surrenders

The commander-in-chief of Navy forces Anatoly Kornukov called the leaders of district administrations of Moscow region to render finance and social assistance for maintenance of cantonments and garrisons, situated in the region. Kornukov said the military services are not able to settle all the problems by themselves. The Ministry of Defence does not have enough money for repair of the buildings and flats, construction of schools and kindergartens.
