5 bureaucrats SUED OVER LACK OF HEAT IN PRIMORYE

The procurator’s office of Primorye, Russia’s far-eastern region, has brought a lawsuit against 5 persons. They are accused under the Russian Criminal Code’s clause 215-1 part 1 – “termination or limitation of heat supply.” Among those accused are the director general of the Avrora company which is responsible for supplying heat to the Pervorechensk District in Vladivostok and the deputy mayor of the city of Ussuriysk, Interfax reports. Besides, several top officials of the city of Artyom’s administration are being taken to court under the clause 293 – “negligence.”
