Russian President: "Nobody Will Drop New Iron Curtain"

A meeting of the Security Council presided over by Russian President Vladimir Putin is being held in the Kremlin. The meeting is devoted to measures to protect national interests of the country on the state frontiers, the press service of the president reported to RBC. The key attention is paid to international and foreign-political activities to defend the country's borders. Opening the meeting, Vladimir Putin stated, "Nobody is going to drop a new iron curtain." At the same time, the president stressed that the country's defense and its national security should be guaranteed in any case. The head of the country pointed to the importance of using modern machinery when defended the state borders.
