Primorie Prosecutors' Office attacked the property of local officials who were responsible for heating failure in Artem and Ussuriysk. The press service of the district prosecutor's office told Itar-Tass news agency that the officials gave a written undertaking not to leave the place. Prosecutors are investigating criminal cases that were launched under the fact of heating crisis in the region. Suspects are those local officials who failed to prepare cities and villages for winter. Investigators are working on these sites to clear reasons for the crisis. "Dalenergo" administration told RIA "Novosti" news agency that the heating in Artem and Partizansk was normalizing. 169 houses out of 307 were given heat by November 24. The rest of the houses had not been prepared for the heating season, so the problem cannot be resolved immediately, specialists say, Finmarket announces. More than 60 thousand people still remain without heating in Primorie. In their houses the temperature does not exceed 5-8C.
