Late in the evening, he talked to US Secretary of State Madleine Albright. Today, the Russian foreign minister is to address the meeting participants and also expected to meet with Yugoslav president Vojislav Kostunica, British foreign minister Robin Cook and incumbent OSCE chairman, Austrian foreign minister Benita Ferreo-Waldner.
