PRAVDA.RU HAS SIGNALLED. WHAT HAS BEEN DONE? DUMA ADOPTS A BILL ON STATE CONTROL OF BASE METALS EXPORT

The Duma, lower house of the Russian parliament, has just adopted in the 3d (the last) reading the bill of the state control of the activities in the field of exporting non-ferrous metal scrap. We remind our readers that Pravda.ru has followed attentively the ups and downs of the bill which was developed by a group headed by Duma deputy Gennadi Khodyrev.
