Chechen militants beheaded a serviceman, contacted with inhabitants

Yesterday in Chechnya a body of a beheaded serviceman was found. The body was found on the bank of Khulhulau river. To all appearance, Chechen fighters killed him t in order to browbeat the local inhabitants, collaborating with military and civilian authorities. The perished serviceman assisted in setting up peace and suppression of criminals’ groups in the area, ITAR-TASS reports. The investigation is being hold in this connection.
