The government of the Russian Federation has approved of a draft agreement on measures to regulate an access for the Third World countries to markets of countries-members in the Customs Union. The Economic Development Ministry together with the Foreign Ministry is to negotiate with Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kirgizia and Tajikistan on the agreement, RBC news agency reports. The considered agreement is to promote favourable conditions for the unification of trade-economic policies of the countries. The agreement is to set unified standards, rules, procedures and tariffs and it will be of a temporary character.
