INTELLIGENCE OFFICERS SUED ON THE SLY

Today, the preliminary hearings are to be launched at the Moscow District Military Tribunal into the murder of Dmitri Kholodov, correspondent of the Moskovski Komsomolets newspaper. The hearings will take place behind closed doors, at the venue of the Matrosskaya Tishina prison. The newspaper’s representatives are likely to be the only journalists allowed in. Six people are charged in relation to this crime, including colonel Popovskikh, former Airborne Paratrooper Intelligence chief.
