REGALIA TO PROBE THE KURSK

Norwegian multipurpose vessel Regalia arrived today to the site of crash of the Russian nuclear submarine Kursk, the press service of the North Fleet has said. During the day, Norwegian and Russian experts are to install necessary equipment, and divers are to launch their work. In all, 12 deep-divers are taking part in the operation. Admiral Vladimi Kuroyedov, Russian Navy’s commander-in-chief, will be immediately supervising the operation. He is expected aboard Regalia shortly, Interfax new agency reports.
