In Daghestan the sentence on Babitsky's case was pronounced. The Sovetsky region court brought in a verdict of guilty and sentenced Babitsky to a fine (10,000 rubles). Babitsky was released from the punishment in view of the amnesty. The radio "Liberty" journalist had been accused of using fake documents.
