Chinese Boeing 767 fell on residential areas of the city

Most of the passengers were South-Korean citizens. There should be probably other victims, because the plane has fallen on living area of the city, though no information has appeared yet about victims among the city’s population. According to Reuters, the Boeing 767 crashed near to Kimhae airport of harbour city of Pusan. As a main version of the catastrophe, bad visibility was called: it was raining and there was a fog. That was the reason, why the pilots were proposed to carry out landing not in Pusan, but in Seul. Though, while making a turn, the plane crashed to a rock. For the time being, the version of a terrorist act is not being confirmed. According to RIA ‘Novosti’, Beijing officially confirmed the catastrophe. Though Chinese sources have not called the reason of the crash yet. At the moment, searching and rescue works are being carried out, which are being hindered through a heavy rain and fire on the spot. Today, in the north of Japan, US aircraft F-16 crashed, which was based on Misawa military base, at a distance of 350 km from Tokyo. According to Kyodo Tsusin Japanese news agency, the aircraft fell to the ocean, while the pilot managed to save himself. According to preliminary information, the crash was caused by the engine disrepair.
