By the decree of the President of Russia Ilya Klebanov was appointed Vice Premier--Minister of Industry, Science and Technologies, RIA Novosti was told at the press centre of the head of state. The decree is valid as of the moment of its signing. By other presidential decrees Alexander Dondukov was relieved of the post of Minister of Industry, Science and Technologies in connection with his transfer to another post, while Alexander Blokhin was relieved of the post of Minister for the Affairs of the Federation, National and Migration Policy in connection with the liquidation of the relevant ministry. By his decree Vladimir Putin initiated the post of the Minister of the Russian Federation at the suggestion of the government with the aim of streamlining the coordination of the activities of the federal bodies of executive authority in imprementing national policy, reported the Kremlin'd press-service.
