Russia To Gain As Trans-siberian Rail Extends To Western Europe Via Czechia: Premier

Russia will gain spectacular economic benefit as its Trans-Siberian Rail extends across the European part of the country and on to Western Europe via Czechia, Prime Minister Mikhail Kasyanov said to newsmen on visit to the Czech capital. The Siberia-Europe rail will be essential for the Russian transport infrastructure, he added. The lucrative geography of the Czech corridor will graphically increase freight transportation to Europe from Russia, says Mikhail Kasyanov. Railway construction from Prague to Czechia's Bohumin on the Polish frontier and on to reach the Trans-Siberian Rail will start in tomorrow's gala. Nikolai Aksenenko, Russia's Railway Minister, who is accompanying the Premier, will attend.
