Russia Secures Agreement With Czech Republic On Writing Off 46% Of Soviet Debt

An agreement on writing off 46% of the former USSR's debt to Czech Republic has been reached in Prague today. The agreement stipulates that the remaining part of the debt will be restructured until 2020. This information was announced by Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Kasyanov at a press conference in Prague.
