Japan To Provide Economic Assistance To Tajikistan.
The Japanese Minister of Foreign Affairs Makiko Tanaka announced on Monday, that Japan would provide urgent economic assistance to Tajikistan under the framework of the military operation in Afghanistan. Earlier Tokyo took a decision to give Pakistan assistance totalling approximately 40 million US dollars, which is intended for the basic needs of refugees from Afghanistan.
