Russia hopes to complete negotiations about its membership in the World Trade Organisation by summer 2002, said Deputy Prime Minister and Financial Minister Alexei Kudrin. Speaking at the visiting session of the World Economic Forum in Moscow on Tuesday, Mr. Kudrin said that "the real timeframe for Russia's joining the WTO" is by 2003-2004.
