Access To Export Oil Pipe Limited For 35 Russian Companies

The governmental commission for access to trunk oil and products pipelines has decided to limit access to the export oil pipe for 35 oil companies for their failure to pay taxes. The total volume of limitations will come up to 176,000 tonnes, the RIA Novosti correspondent quotes the commission's chairman Viktor Khristenko, Vice-Premier of the Russian government, as saying. On Wednesday Khristenko held a regular sitting of his commission. Khristenko said that in November oil exports will decline by 370,000 tonnes from the planned because of the renewed downsized applications from the oil companies. Khristenko also reported that the commission decided to prolong till November the companies' targets for the supply of fuel oil to the domestic market. Earlier, these targets were set for October in a bid to ensure normal course of pre-winter preparations in the national economy.
