North Ossetia Establishes Terrorist-Flight Investigation Commission

In Vladikavkaz, capital of the North Caucasian Republic of North Ossetia-Alania within the Russian Federation, a commission has been set up to investigate into why the law-enforcements failed to detain the terrorist who seized a children's out-patient clinic on Tuesday. According to a spokesman for the North Ossetin Interior Ministry, the prosecutor's office, FSB department and the Interior Ministry are looking into the officials' blunders which allowed the terrorist to escape.
