Saudi Petroleum Minister Speaks Highly Of Moscow Talks

On his arrival in Vienna to attend the 118th extraordinary OPEC conference, Saudi Arabia's Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources Ali Ibrahim al-Naimi referred to his Moscow talks with Russian Energy Minister Igor Yusufov as very fruitful. Having analyzed the situation on the world minerals markets, the sides reached full understanding on OPEC-Russian joint efforts in promoting more stabilized raw materials markets and achieving fair prices on crude oil within the OPEC corridor of $22-25 per barrel. Al-Naimi was also praiseworthy of the Russian side's willingness to expand not only oil cooperation with the OPEC but also trade and economic contacts with Riyadh.
