Far Eastern Marine Steamship-Line Completes Arctic Navigation

The Far Eastern marine steamship-line has completed the Arctic navigation of this year. The navigation in high latitudes lasted for 121 days. Over the four months ice-breakers managed to pilot 24 oceanic vessels and deliver 134,000 tons of cargoes to ports of the Eastern Arctic sector. Admiral Makarov ice-breaker is now making way for Vassily Burkhanov motor ship, which has just delivered a batch of cargoes to Pevek. Admiral Makarov will stay near Chukot coast for a long time ensuring pilot of vessels from Anadyr.
