ROMIR Poll, About 50% Think Russian-US Relations Will Improve Now

On November 9-12, the ROMIR independent research center conducted a telephone opinion poll in Moscow. A question was asked about changes in Russian-US relations after the beginning of the military operation in Afghanistan. 26.8% of respondents prefer to think that these relations will improve rather than aggravate. 18.8% are sure that they will improve. 17.2% of respondents say that they may aggravate. Another 17.2% are sure that they will aggravate. 20% remained undecided. 500 Muscovites participated in the opinion poll.
